What should I check?
Please make sure your billing address matches the address linked to your card or payment method.
Check:
- house number or flat number
- postcode
- street name spelling
- billing country
- any saved address details in your PerfectDraft account
Even small differences can sometimes cause the payment check to fail.
Why is my payment failing if my delivery address is correct?
Your delivery address and billing address can be different. For payment checks, your billing address needs to match the address held by your bank or card provider.
If your PerfectDraft account has an old saved address, check that the correct billing address is being used at checkout.
What should I do next?
Update the billing address at checkout, make sure it matches your bank or card provider’s records, then try the payment again.
If the billing address is correct but the payment is still declined, please contact your bank or card provider. PerfectDraft cannot update or override the billing address held by your bank.
