What should I do if my keg collection was missed?
If the keg collection was missed, first check the tracking information sent to you by InPost.
You can usually find this in the email or message from InPost about the keg return collection. Please check your inbox, junk, and spam folders.
You can also check your collection status on the InPost Tracking page.
Your tracking page should show the latest available collection status.
What should I do next?
If your tracking shows the collection is still scheduled, please follow the latest tracking update.
If your tracking shows the collection was missed or failed, you can book another collection or drop off at the drop off at an InPost Collection Store through the Keg Return Hub
If you cannot find your InPost tracking email, the tracking does not update, or you are unsure what to do next, please contact us so we can help review it.
Offline Returns:
You can also drop off your empty kegs at a Majestic Store or participating PerfectDraft Community Store Finder without any booking.
Can I book another collection?
Yes, you can book another collection if your previous collection was missed or failed through the Keg Return Hub
Please make sure the empty kegs are packed securely and ready for collection.
