If your return was sent in more than one box, each box may be scanned and processed separately. This means Beer Tokens can appear at different times.
A maximum of 3 kegs can be packed per box, so returns with more than 3 kegs may be processed across more than one box.
What should I do?
If you returned more than one box, please allow time for each box to be scanned and processed.
Please allow up to 48 hours for Express Credit.
Please allow up to 10 days for Standard Credit.
If your return was sent in one box and the credit amount still looks wrong after the relevant timeframe, please contact us so we can check your return.
Why can credit arrive separately?
Credit can arrive separately when:
- Your return was split across more than one box
- Boxes were scanned at different times
- Boxes were processed in a different order
- The return is still being completed
Please contact the PerfectDraft support team if:
- You were credited for fewer kegs than you returned
- You returned one box and the credit amount looks wrong
- More than 10 days have passed and credit is still missing
- Your return tracking shows completed but your credit is incomplete
- You are unsure how many kegs were processed
