When will I receive my keg return credit?

Your keg return credit is added as Beer Tokens once your eligible empty PerfectDraft kegs have been collected or processed.

The timing depends on whether your return uses Express Credit or Standard Credit.

Please check which credit type was used for your return.

If you used Express Credit, please allow up to 48 hours from courier collection.

If you used Standard Credit, please allow up to 10 days for your returned kegs to be received and processed.

Please contact the PerfectDraft support team if:

• The expected timeframe has passed
• Your Beer Tokens have not appeared
• You are unsure which credit type was used
• You think your credit amount is wrong
• You cannot see your Beer Tokens in your account
