Your keg return credit may not have appeared yet because your return is still within the expected processing time.
The timing depends on whether your return uses Express Credit or Standard Credit.
What should I do?
Please check which credit type was used for your return.
If you used Express Credit, please allow up to 48 hours from courier collection.
If you used Standard Credit, please allow up to 10 days for your returned kegs to be received and processed.
If the expected timeframe has passed and your Beer Tokens have still not appeared, please try signing out and back into your account. You can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
Why might my credit be delayed?
Your credit may be delayed if:
- Your return is still being processed
- Your boxes were scanned at different times
- Your return was sent in more than one box
- The number of kegs returned does not match the number booked
- Your account has not refreshed correctly
Please contact the PerfectDraft support team if:
- Express Credit has not appeared after 48 hours from courier collection
- Standard Credit has not appeared after 10 days
- You returned multiple boxes and some credit is still missing
- Your Beer Tokens are not visible after signing out and back in
- You are unsure what happened to your return
