The E2 code means the ambient temperature around your PerfectDraft machine is too high.
To help resolve this, please check the following:
- Make sure there is enough space around the back of the machine. We recommend at least 10 cm of clearance.
- Ensure the machine is not placed in direct sunlight or near a heat source, such as an oven or radiator.
- Check that there is no dust build-up in the vent at the back of the machine.
- Make sure the door is fully closed and clicked shut.
