The E0 code means the machine cannot generate pressure because no keg is being detected. This is usually caused by a loose keg connection or an issue with the keg itself.
To resolve this, try the following steps:
- Open the door, leave it open for about a minute, then close it again to reset the machine.
- Remove the keg from the tap unit, rinse the seals on the tap, then reconnect the keg. You should hear two clicks when it’s properly fitted.
- If you’ve reinserted a nearly empty keg that was stored in the fridge, it may have lost pressure. Try opening and closing the door a few times to help re-pressurise it.
- If possible, try a different keg. If the error disappears, the issue is likely with the original keg.
If the error code remains after trying these steps, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to help.
