The E7 code indicates a problem with the pressure sensor. This is usually caused by an issue with the keg or how the tap unit is connected.
First, try the following checks:
- Make sure the tap unit is pushed fully down onto the keg. You should hear two clicks.
- Check the seal on the top of the keg for any damage or debris.
- Check the seal on the tap unit, and lightly wet the seal before attaching it to the keg.
- If possible, try another keg to see if the error clears.
If the issue continues, please perform a hard reset:
- Open the machine and remove the keg.
- Disconnect the keg from the tap unit.
- Turn off the machine by unplugging it, then plug it back in.
- Reconnect the keg to the tap unit and place it back inside the machine.
- Leave the keg in the powered-on machine for 12–16 hours to allow it to cool fully.
If the error code remains after trying these steps, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to help.
