The E4 code indicates a problem with the temperature sensor inside the cooling cabinet.
To resolve this, please try a hard reset by following these steps:
- Open the machine and remove the keg.
- Disconnect the keg from the tap unit.
- Turn off the machine by unplugging it, then plug it back in.
- Reconnect the keg to the tap unit and place it back inside the machine.
- Leave the keg in the powered-on machine for 12–16 hours to allow it to cool fully.
