Express Credit can be activated through your PerfectDraft account when setting up your keg return, by verifying your mobile number.
Express Credit is designed to add Beer Tokens faster after returned kegs have been collected by the courier.
If you are unable to activate express credit, please contact us.
What should I do?
When setting up your keg return, check whether Express Credit is available as an option in your account.
If Express Credit is available, follow the on-screen instructions to activate it for your return.
If Express Credit is not available or appears to be disabled, it may be because it has already been used recently or because a previous return is still being processed.
Please contact the PerfectDraft support team if:
- Express Credit is not showing in your account
- Express Credit appears to be disabled
- You are not sure whether Express Credit was activated
- You selected Express Credit but your Beer Tokens have not appeared after 48 hours
- You need help checking your return credit type
