Express Credit lets you receive your Beer Tokens sooner after returning your empty kegs.
You can activate Express Credit when you book your keg return in the online Keg Returns Hub. As part of the activation process, you'll need to verify your mobile number.
If Express Credit is activated, your Beer Tokens will usually be added within 48 hours of your kegs being:
- collected by the courier, or
- scanned by the courier after dropping off the return at a drop-off point
When you book your return, you'll see whether Express Credit is available for your account. If it is, simply follow the on-screen steps to activate it.
Why is Express Credit unavailable or disabled?
If Express Credit is not available or appears to be disabled, it may be because it has already been used recently or a previous return is still being processed. You may only have two active Express Credit returns in progress at the same time.

- Express Credit isn't available in your account
- Express Credit appears to be disabled
- you're not sure whether Express Credit was activated for your return
- you activated Express Credit but haven't received your Beer Tokens within 48 hours
- you need help checking which credit option was applied to your return
