The time it takes to receive your credit as Beer Tokens depends on the credit option you chose when setting up your keg return.

| Express Credit | Up to 48 hours from courier collection or drop-off |
| Standard Credit | Up to 10 days for your return to be received and processed |
Express Credit
Your Beer Tokens are usually added to your account within 48 hours of your kegs being collected by the courier or dropped off and scanned at an approved courier drop-off point.
Standard Credit
Your Beer Tokens are usually added within 10 days, once your returned kegs have been received and processed at our warehouse.
In some cases, your Beer Tokens may take a little longer to arrive due to:
- a missed courier collection
- delays at local depots
- higher return volumes during busy periods
Please contact us if:
- you selected Express Credit and haven't received your Beer Tokens within 48 hours of collection or drop-off
- more than 10 days have passed since your return and you haven't received your Beer Tokens
- you need help checking the status of your keg return
