Express Credit may be unavailable if you have used it recently or if your previous keg return is still being processed.
Express Credit can only be used once every 10 days. If you have used Express Credit in the last 10 days, the option may be disabled until it becomes available again.
Express Credit may also be automatically disabled if you send fewer empty kegs than originally booked more than twice. To help avoid this, please make sure you enter the correct number of kegs when booking your return.
What should I do?
Please check when you last used Express Credit for a keg return.
- If it has been less than 10 days, please wait until 10 days have passed and try again.
- If it has been more than 10 days and Express Credit is still unavailable, please contact us so we can check this for you.
Can I still return my empty kegs?
Yes. If Express Credit is not available, you can still return empty PerfectDraft kegs using the available return options in the Keg Returns Hub.
Drop-off with Standard Credit:
- You can return empty kegs using Standard Credit with drop off at an InPost Collection Store.
- If you return kegs using Standard Credit, your Beer Tokens will be added once the returned kegs have been received and processed.
- Please allow up to 10 days for Standard Credit to appear in your account.
In-store returns:
- You can drop them off at your nearest Majestic Store or participating PerfectDraft Community Store. There's no need to book your return online.
- Store returns don't use Express Credit or Standard Credit. Instead, you'll receive an immediate £5 discount for each returned keg when you make a purchase in the participating store.
Please contact us if:
- Express Credit has been disabled for more than 10 days
- You are not sure when you last used Express Credit
- You think Express Credit should be available on your account
- Your Beer Tokens have not appeared after the expected timeframe
