If your Philips PerfectDraft machine shows a green or red dash on the display and the background light is flashing, the tap unit may not be fitted correctly or may need cleaning.
What should I do?
- Remove the tap unit from your Philips PerfectDraft machine.
- Clean the tap unit.
- Reinstall the tap unit on the keg.
- Check whether the flashing light has stopped.
If the light is still flashing
If cleaning and reinstalling the tap unit does not help, try another keg with a new tube.

If the light is still flashing after trying another keg and new tube, Please contact PerfectDraft Philips support directly. Have these information ready:
- your machine model
- what colour dash you can see
- whether the background light is flashing
- what you have already tried
- a photo of the display, if possible
