If your machine is connected to the PerfectDraft app, it may occasionally reset automatically during a firmware update.
What is normal:
The reset is part of the firmware update process
It should only take a short time
- Once complete, the machine returns to normal operation
If the machine is not connected or the reset does not behave like a normal short firmware reset:
Check whether the machine is also showing a display or power issue
