The time it takes to receive your Beer Tokens depends on the return method you choose.
Express Credit
Beer Tokens are usually added to your account within 24 hours of the courier collecting your kegs.
Standard Credit
This can take up to 10 working days, as your kegs need to be received and processed first.
In some cases, it may take a little longer due to:
- Missed courier collections
- Delays at local depots
- Higher return volumes or busy periods
