What should I do?
If the collection still shows as missed or failed, please contact us so we can help review it.
If the collection is failed, please do attempt to book another collection again.
You can also drop off your empty kegs at a Majestic or participating PerfectDraft Community Store instead: https://www.perfectdraft.com/en-gb/community-store-network#storefinder
Can I book another collection?
Yes, you can book another collection. If you still want kegs collected, please contact us so we can review the next step.
Please contact the PerfectDraft support team if:
- Your collection was missed
- Your tracking shows the collection failed
- You waited for the courier but no collection was made
- You need to arrange a new collection
- You want to drop off kegs instead
