Express Credit may be unavailable if it has already been used recently or if your previous keg return is still being processed.
Express Credit can only be used once every 10 days. If you have used Express Credit in the last 10 days, the option may be disabled until it becomes available again.
Express Credit could also be disabled automatically for your account, if you send fewer empty kegs than originally booked more than twice. Please make sure the right number of kegs are added while booking to ensure smoother return experience
What should I do?
Please check when you last used Express Credit for a keg return.
If it has been less than 10 days, please wait until 10 days have passed and try again.
If it has been more than 10 days and Express Credit is still disabled, please contact us so we can check this for you.
Can I still return my empty kegs?
Yes. If Express Credit is not available, you can still return your empty PerfectDraft kegs using the available return options.
If you return kegs using Standard Credit, your Beer Tokens will be added once your returned kegs have been received and processed.
Please allow up to 10 days for Standard Credit to appear in your account.
Please contact the PerfectDraft support team if:
- Express Credit has been disabled for more than 10 days
- You are not sure when you last used Express Credit
- You think your Express Credit should be available
- Your Beer Tokens have not appeared after the expected timeframe
